Miscellaneous

When Steve and Freddie are parachuting into North Korea (21min), a number of wind turbines can be seen in the distance as the pair descend through the cloud layer.

Errors in geography

The "Bridge of No Return", which is shown in the first scene, is depicted as being in a jungle covered region along the North-South Korean border. The real bridge is located in Panmunjon, which is a cold, hilly, and dry area of Korea with no jungle vegetation at any time during the year.
When McGarrett visits the border of the Korean DMZ, the area is shown as a backwards desolate area of the jungle with few people who live and work in wooden structures and shacks. In reality, the DMZ is heavily populated with both military and civilian personnel, and is located in a modern industrial area just north of the South Korean capitol of Seoul. The area is also a cold and dry area of the Korean peninsula and has no jungle type foliage.
