Ruthie fell out of a moving vehicle backwards but landed on her stomach, face down.
When Dick gets shot his shoes are magically removed and away from the body, plus no bullet wound.
When Ruthie gets shot, her wound is not a bullet wound (more like a wound from a stabbing) and there is no blood coming from the fresh wound (it wouldn't have stopped bleeding that fast).
