I enjoyed also the zoom about the gardeners of Angkor Vat: Ngin Thy is the chief of the gardeners : their duty is to take off the plants which are growing between the stones of the monuments (without damaging the monuments).

I enjoyed the encounters of Jérôme with Sophany Keal (Siem Reap, the Baphuong temple, Phnom Kulen, the 1000 linga river, the elephants retirement home), with Sophea seng, the chef (the lotus flowers on the Tonle Sap lake, the frog legs with lotus flowers, fruits and roots), with Vannah Vong on Koh Rong Island ( the fishing of squid, the supper with squids and fishes), with Sideth Chuun (the cleaning of the beaches from plastic wastes) and with Vandy Sao and his father Heng Sao (the lakhon khol monkey's dance): very nice encounters with very kind Cambodian men and women.
