When Knight talks Jimmy on the phone, in the first scene, his voice is normal. In the flashback, after the opening credits, the same conversation is replayed, from his viewpoint, but he is eating and sounds like it.

Reyna is in a hospital bed fully clothed in her street clothes, including a jacket. Since she is about to have an MRI, she should have been wearing a hospital gown.

Knight snatches her hand away because the car door handle was hot. However, only the very front of the car was on fire and only a few seconds have elapsed. There is smoke in the car's cabin but no flames The handle shouldn't have been so hot already.

TV and movies have mostly proved on from the trope of cars bursting into flames on impact: it doesn't happen. However, in the teaser, a car hits a low wall and the front immediately bursts into flames.

Isaac Serrano's old booking sheet state that he was wearing a dark gray shirt, with no mention of a jacket. In the accompanying photo, he is wearing a brown t-shirt and a blue, checked jacket.

The burn on Knight's hand doesn't match the door handle. If it were hot enough to burn her palm as bad as it was, it would have also burned her fingers.

At the hospital, the mother wants her child Adam to put on his headphones so he can't hear the conversation. Later they also have several conversations at NCIS where it is assumed that the boy will not hear them because of the headphones. But when they DO want his attention, they never raise their voices or nudge him or anything. Suddenly they assume he will hear it, and he does.
