Body Count: 1.
All the actors and actresses accepted acting in the film for free once they read the script, including Jamaan Alrowaiei (Who read it calmly with his cigar in a Starbucks in a meeting with Loay 'cielo' Tattan) and Mohamed Al Saffar (Who was enjoying a Colombian coffee while meeting Loay 'cielo' Tattan as well). Loay 'cielo' Tattan thought that Mohamed Al Saffar's performance was so amazing he promised him that he'll treat him for a Colombian coffee every time they work together in the future.
Loay 'cielo' Tattan gave the red shoes to Petra Kissimonyiova as a gift, on one condition: She gives back one shoe if they are to win any award.
Mohamed Al Saffar was actually so tired at the end of the last shooting day (which was very lengthy) that he kept his position laying down during the scene where he was supposed to act like he passed out on the ground. The crew thought he was sleeping so they kept shooting the scene quietly, and then Loay 'cielo' Tattan woke him up and gave him the famous kiss on the head.
At one point during the football scene, the football was shot too high, it got inside of an empty house. The whole production was held until the crew could bring it back, and Loay 'cielo' Tattan didn't want to shoot with any fancy ball, it had to be that ball because it was used heavily on the "street football" in Bahrain during the 1990s.
