Ron claims that he has never willingly been at City Hall past 5:04 PM. However, in Eagleton (2011) Ron very much enjoyed his dinner-movie night at City Hall that Leslie had organized for his birthday.
Ann convinces Leslie to go back to the office with her because she has some champagne there though it is clearly stated in Boys' Club (2009) that you are not allowed to drink alcohol on City Hall property.
