After watching this film I was left completely speechless. The story and the performances was top class and the direction was really good. The director took us on a journey along with the characters and after a long time I am enjoying a kannada films so much. What stood out for me was the music. May it be the songs or the background music. It was excellent, top notch the music director Veer Samarth has once again proved that he can create and weave magic with his compositions. The music director has himself sung a couple of songs adding to the zing. Overall this film is an experience that's worth going through.

"Ondu Sarala Premakathe" as name itself says it is a Simple story with very good screenplay. All characters in the movie are played well. This film is a complete package of romantic, emotions and pure comedy. Also it has lot of twists and turns.
Music is the highlighting part of the movie, Story flows with music and all songs superb. Overall it is a complete family entertainment movie. Movie is written and directed by simple suni and music scored by veer samarth, produced by mysore ramesh.

Watched this movie only for MALLIKA SINGH and her choice was perfect! She selected a very good script!! I loved mallika's acting and I loved the chemistry between Mallika and Vinay. Loved it!! Great movie! 🍿 Must and should watch it! And I can't wait it to be released in OTT platform.
It would be more fun if the movie will be released in OTT that to in multiple languages. Mallika have pan India fans, they would love watching it with Hindi audio or Telugu. I'm 100% sure the OTT will perform better than the theatre. Best of luck!

Amazing movie! Loved everything especially the direction and the story telling was just unique, and Cinematography at its best.... Suni proved that bombs and guns are not required to make a Movie !

I literally need an hour to explain the brilliant making of this movie!
So happy that kannada film industry is giving so much importance to such craft-oriented movies, Whole kudos to the team!
Starting with the story, On a birds-eye view, this is such a light-hearted story with a touch of bliss, but the way it was presented took the movie as a craft to a whole platform.
The story evolves through the mind of the protagonist, through which the director makes us see the movie from a protagonist's perspective. His queries are our doubts, and his emotions are our aches, all together, after a point in time, director Suni made the line between the audience and the protagonist fade away while the movie proceeds.
Well-stiched editing! The editor was so subtle that never in the movie we felt it's been edited at all! Editing elevated the movie on its own. Brilliant placement of bgms and songs.
None of the reviews has mentioned about editing department which I feel is a win for the editor, coz the fact that editing itself was invisible is considered as the true art of editing.

Vinay Rajkumar elegantly delivered the role Athishay as a whole. We couldn't see anything except the character, The Performance was chisel-made, and we can evidently see his growth as an actor in this movie, so mature and decent in delivering the emotions.
Swatista Krishnan's performance and the chemistry btw Vinay Rajkumar made the movie more pleasing. Swatista, really owned the movie during the last ACT of the screenplay, Casting her in such a demanding role was a great decision by the director as she effortlessly pulled off such a complex character.
Mallika singh did her job pretty decent and gracefully. The character was so well placed in the movie, The Dreamgirl paradox was symbolically represented by the director through scenes and character arc. She surely did justice to the Dreamgirl character 'Madhura'.
Aruna Balraj, such a natural actress, was so good and made acting feel so effortless!
Karthik Mahesh has done a cameo in the movie, was so amazed to see his polished acting skills within the small timespace, A majestic performance by him for such a pivotal role in the movie changed the entire dynamics.
Raghavendra Rajkumar, the legend himself has done a cameo in the movie, that too a pivotal character.
All the other actors have done a great job and its well rich in terms of cast.

Very well made with good screen play and story wonderful acting and good comedy timing with pure family entertainment great come back for Vinay and the story touched the heart with very good music and song with beautiful screen play and Vinay screen presence an one line love Joyner and complete damaka for family audience with fresh story and best team with good director one of the best lover story in recent times and Vinay also lives the character and both the heroines done well and the best part is the timing of comedy songs and the whole movie was wooow woow.....................Love You Power Star and Vinay Rajkumar.

This movie is so bad I was surprised someone can make a movie this bad, honestly it is so bad. From the story to the dialogue to the cinematography it is truly the worst ever!!! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this movie even to my worst enemy. With a disjointed plot, cringe-worthy dialogue, it's a painful experience from start to finish. Save your time and skip this disaster of a film. It hurt my eyes to watch this movie. The director should never make a movie ever again. You need special efforts to make a movie this bad. This collectively reduced the standard of calibre of cinema as a whole. Please it is a special request to not watch this movie.

Liked the songs and the screenplay, all the characters acted suttle and with great ease.i liked most of the songs specially, Ella mathonda, nee yarale and gunu gunugo are my favourites. Director Suni has proved again with humour come romcom display. Music director did a fabulous job and he deserved at least one award for this masterpiece.
The best part again was the characterisation of Athishaya which was almost like a reflection of many 30's boy in Karnataka which was structured greatly. Grear selection of artists specially Radhe:-) I am expecting Suni and Vinay to work in more movies in the future.

Vinay Rajkumar, grandson of the legendary Rajkumar, fails to impress in this latest film. The acting, including Vinay Rajkumar's performance, is underwhelming. The plot is predictable and lacks originality, offering little to keep viewers engaged.
It's surprising that a script with such weak elements was chosen for Vinay Rajkumar. This movie is a another setback just like his father. Hopefully, he'll not act in future.

This movie has it all! A beautiful Rom-com which has more twist and turns than a full fledged thriller movie. I usually refrain myself from writing reviews, maybe because time doesn't permits sometimes or maybe mind doesn't permits :D But this movie, I had to write. It has all those required elements for a movie, Lots and lots of emotions, comedy, one liners, Absolutely beautiful music, eye catching cinematography, more than anything, Oh boy those twists!! I loved them. A good movie deserves success, So does a good Kannada movie. I would love to watch the movie again with family! I'm sure my parents will like it.

A feel good romantic comedy movie. Good direction by Simple suni..
Vinay Rajkumar and Swathishta Krishnan both have a great job.... Good acting... This movie puts you on the edge of seat with its twists and turns. Music is incredible.

Excellent camera work. Few songs are my favourite.

Please don't waste your time watching this movie if you value your time. In recent times kannada industry has produced some great movies. This is not one of them at all. This was extremely disappointing. It's difficult to articulate just how unsatisfactory it was. The storyline lacked coherence and felt entirely nonsensical. It's baffling to consider how such a project came into existence. The utilization of talented actors, financial resources, and time appears entirely wasted. However, one redeeming quality was the music, which managed to stand out amidst the overall mediocrity of the production.

The movie is a breath of fresh air in today's action oriented world of cinema. The direction by Simple Suni sir has a beautiful rendition of twists and good turns with emotion, heart touching bonding, today's value systems, a total family movie yo go together. The music by veer Samarth is outstanding and perfect. Overall, a lively movie with humor, romance, family drama and lyrical with 8 songs and 3 background scores. Must watch. The actresses swatishtha krishnan did an amazing role with Vinay Rajkumar being the light hearted hero with a lot of humour and emotion thrown onto the character and did a stellar performance.
