How come this was picked and not others that must have been made in a similar fashion, is something only the decision board can answer.
The movie itself is very anarchic. No real structure, no apparent script, but very raw and almost daring the viewer to bare with it. It does work at times, relationships seem to forge and the viewer might be somehow attracted to it. The fact, that there was just a premise and a handful (or more) willing actors-to-be will either make you want to run out of the theater or intrigue you to see, what they did achieve.
