- The FBI begins searching the building for the evidence box. Peter, Diana, and Clinton try to stall the search. While Neal, Mozzie, Sara, and James try to get to the box first.
- Hughes tells Peter that he has to get the evidence before Callaway who is working for Pratt, gets to it first. So he asks Neal to do what he has to, to get it. So Neal brings in Mozzie, James and Sara to help. When Callaway informs everyone that she will be leading a search at the building where the evidence is, Peter tells Diana and Clinton to try and stall her so that Neal can get to it. But when Pratt somehow makes the area where the evidence is unaccessible, Neal and James has to get access to it by confronting Pratt.—rcs0411@yahoo.com
- Tipped off by Reese Hughes's NSA friend that senator Pratt ordered his FBI successor Amanda Callaway to search the Empire State Building for the evidence box, Peter accepts to try slowing them down while Mozzie and James Bennett try to intrude disguised, locate it and snatch it from the 50 floor. Neal enlists art expert Sara Ellis to provide both distraction and a daring, original escape from the panorama floor. Pratt however rents accidentally just that floor, and James proves caring more for the evidence then even for Neal, let alone justice.—KGF Vissers
