In the opening scene, before the opening credits, after the policeman on the motorbike is shot, the hearse crashes into an oncoming car and the casket is ejected from the rear of the vehicle, this could not be possible as the impact would cause all items in the hearse to be projected in a forward direction. However, during this scene in the original series the hearse spins around causing the casket to be ejected. Therefore this is an intentional error as an homage to the original episode as a casket would be secured in the vehicle preventing movement or ejection during transport in either case.
