Factual errors

Several clicks can be heard as Jimmy dry fires the gun. An automatic like his locks open after the last round is fired and cannot be dry fired without pulling the hammer back by hand.
While Ducky drives the van back toward Washington, DC, Palmer comments that Gus, the mechanic, has thrice changed "'the' fuel injector" (in the singular), and he refers to it as "it" (also in the singular). However, the van, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a Dodge nameplate and a Mercedes-Benz six-cylinder diesel engine, has not ONE fuel injector but rather SIX of them - one injector for each of the six cylinders.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

While Jimmy and Duckie drive the van back to the office, the rest of the crew, who left after them, are then seen back at the office. Next scene is Jimmy and Duckie still driving and no where close to being back. A point was made that there was something wrong with the van and it could only go 50 miles per hour max. The others weren't hindered by this restriction and could get back faster even though they left later.

Revealing mistakes

After Jimmy changes the tire, he goes to where Ducky is inspecting the bad tire and Jimmy reaches down to get a sandwich and an apple. But Ducky is sitting on the cooler that has the food.

Miscellaneous

This is another episode where they refer to highways with 'the'.....Ex: "we should take the 95 back to DC..." That's a California thing.... It's just 94 or I-94, 95, or I-95, etc. Ex: "we can take 94 or 90 to get to Chicago..." No one on the east coast would says this. Palmer and McGee have both done this in various episodes.
