Not a lot happens in this episode when you sit down and think about it. Vanessa nearly finds out Rhys is her benefactor but doesn't.Karl and Susan nearly kiss but don't.And Tasha and Sheila argue about tips.
The first of those isn't really developed or interesting enough to hold the attention. The second is enlivened slightly by the involvement of Carmel, who doesn't really seem to have any reason to stick around but seems to notice the fact that Karl and Susan don't know they've split up more than they do.What follows is a load of rebonding over shared history of the kind we've seen every time they split up and it's probably heading for the inevitable reset button.
As for the last one...well, Sheila can be a hard character to stomach at times and she's pretty variable here.Only the brief interaction between Andrew and Tasha as a quasi-Greek chorus really hits the mark here.
