Goofs

At the start of the film you see Edmond swimming using over arm and a scissors kick. This did not happen until late 19th century.

When Albert watches Hydee sing and play the guitar, it is very obvious that she is not even touching the strings half of the time.

In the garden Haydée (Anamaria Vartolomei) tells Albert that the bird of paradise flower is known as "pasare a paradisului". Haydée was supposed to be Greek, but this is Romanian (which is incidentally also the birth country of the actress).
