Suicide is a problem within every culture ever known to man, yet we are afraid to talk about it. We stigmatise it as a taboo topic and those who suffer its ideation remain isolated and misunderstood. If one does speak of the only real question in life that we are faced with, they are directed to "help" that provides no help whatsoever. How are we to overcome the problems within society if we can not openly discuss the topics that our human conditions face? To be or not to be is flagged as a "sick" question. This letter is my gift to my fellow human sufferers who are more human than the rest of the sleepwalkers in the world.
