When Richard, Duke of Gloucester meets Edward and his entourage, only a few guards are visible. In reality Edward had an armed escort of 2,000 men, while Richard's escort was 600-strong.
Most of the action takes place between April and July 1483. Even in parts set in June/July you can see people's breath after they speak. In Englandnit would not be that cold then.
