The meeting of the most powerful corporations' leaders is held in a room very reminiscent of "The War Room" from Stanley Kubrick's Cold War satire Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964). In Kubrick's movie the possibility for humanity to survive nuclear war is to build underground shelters - whose description is almost identical to Fallout's Vaults - and live there for at least a Century.
