This is a good episode, the drama was high-level and What To Do? was the order of the day about the hospital going to a corporation company with brand. The intensity was just right -- 5 players involved in wanting to maintain integrity and core values of doctoring -- Derek, Meredith, Callie, Arizona and finally Yang who had the toughest time 'seemingly' going against Owen, but not at all.
The midnight meetings, the rain, the arguments among the 5 of them, the Getting It Said moment (Arizona), the facing reality of the Corp situation, the midnight meets, the rain, wow, a great buildup to the 'final solution' they came up with. Really well played, well executed, well written. And love the finance dude, great addition to that last providing just the right touch of humor and also, gravitas.
