- Elementary school teacher Nathalie Gerber is found dead in the parking lot of the Knockout pub. There she had an appointment with her online date Daniel A., who was the last to see her alive. He is now being searched for. But Daniel can't report himself to the police because he's a trans man who hasn't come out yet and whose biggest fear is that his father will find out about it that way. Katrin König and Melly Böwe are groping in the dark and only have the latest information from Nathalie's dating app: they are looking for a man who probably sang in one of the Rostock choirs. Or was that just a ruse on the part of the man who considered women worthy of punishment who were not willing to seduce? Despite the cake rolls, Melly Böwe's debut in the infirmary is not comfortable, because there are also points of friction around gender images at the police station. How is life for Röder, Thiesler and Pöschel with two women at the top? And how do the two women relate to each other? Thiesler predicts a catfight, but König and Böwe show that things can be very different. Meanwhile, Daniel is fighting for his self-determined coming out, but also for his great love Hanna. And he wrestles with his own sense of responsibility and bad conscience. When he meets Marc Wigand, Nathalie's former childhood friend, Daniel believes his dilemma has been resolved: he can present the perpetrator and protect his identity. But he's wrong.—ADR Das Erste
