When the son goes into the crawl space under the house to turn the
water on he turns the valve handle to the right, clockwise, and yells
up to his dad that the water is on.
Turning the valve handle clockwise SHUTS off the water. Anyone who
has turned a garden hose off or on should have seen this blunder but
apparently no one in the production company did.
