The final chase in the lounge with the Penguin was not as it was in the script. In the script this chase and battle was to be between the Dynamic Duo and Two-Face. But when Tim Nugent couldn't make a shoot due to other obligations, a quick rewrite spawned what is now the Penguin confrontation.
During the scene where Two-Face and Penguin discuss kidnapping Bruce Wayne, Chris Clark (The Penguin) had said the lines in chunks because he couldn't memorize them. This lead to the longest shoot in the production: three and a half hours of just dialogue.
Judge Vargas was originally to be played by Kara Foran (production assistant on "A Night with Nova"), but conflicts prevented it. Kelly Weston took the role and it was filmed. Director Chris Clark decided to re-shoot the scene. Ciara Greer filled the role while Weston went on to portray Catwoman instead.
Cinematographer Derek Mindler directed the Commissioner Gordon scene at the start of the film. This was due to director Chris Clark having work obligations, resulting in the only shoot Clark was not present for.
Every trailer online was edited by Cinematographer Derek Mindler (Who also played Robin). Mindler also made the movie poster, the title sequence at the beginning and the Bane sequence at the end.
