She also fails to keep her promise to stop Daniel from winning the Staonehave foundation bid against Jason Prosser, who bitterly blames formerly adored Victoria. For the sake of Charlotte, who shamefully 'repays' him by changing her name into Clark at her poorly-attended birthday party, Conrad helps the Porter boys get the bar back from the Ryan brothers after their father's real killer's confession and arrest. Nolan discovers that Padma must be an Initiative agent after a program he wrote which can cut off power in Manhattan. The Initiative blackmails Aiden to sniper Victoria for his sister's life, but Emily talks him out of it, after which an apparently fatal OD is administered.—KGF Vissers

Conrad tells Victoria that he approves of her using Prosser to make Daniel look incompetent. He wants her to be by his side at a public appearance for an initiative he's using to kick-start his political career. It's Charlie's 18th birthday. Victoria learns that Ashley is again working for Conrad.
Emily kisses Aiden on the beach, telling him "I miss you." They talk about his sister.
Padma helps pick out a house for Nolan. He seems to be falling for her.
Daniel is supposed to take Emily to lunch. He takes her to the private jet, hoping she'll join him at a meeting with Stonehaven.
Helen asks Aiden if he was behind their abduction. He denies it and is shown evidence is his sister is still alive. She tells him to see her he must kill Victoria in the next 24 hours.
Conrad and Ashley talk to Jack and Amanda about his legal situation. Amanda gives up Duncan as the shooter but Jack wants to stand behind him since he helped his father keep the bar. And emotional Amanda tells Jack he has no chance.
Daniel meets with the daughter of Stonehaven's founder, Donna. She doesn't want to sell it to a company that will break it up into smaller pieces. Emily helps Daniel in the meeting.
Padma gets a call from Helen. It seems her job is to find Nolan's Carrion program. He catches her going through his desk and she explains it by giving him a special keychain avatar. They kiss.
Charlie tells Amanda about her birthday plans. Daniel seems to have forgotten her birthday and Victoria calls with word that she had to leave town for a day.
Victoria speaks with Prosser about Stonehaven. He leaves and she runs into Daniel and Emily. Victoria and Daniel fight about the acquisition.
Aiden is in LA as well. He tells her about the meeting with Helen, but doesn't mention his real mission. Aiden wants her to return to New York.
Jack tells Duncan what's happening with his legal situation.
Aiden talks to Prosser. He says he's there on behalf of Tekada and tells Prosser there is an indictment hanging over Stonehaven's head.
Jack drops by the bar with an envelope containing Duncan's confession. He offers Kenny Ryan $50,000 to get lost.
Prosser tells he's planning to leave, citing the tip he got about Stonehaven's legal trouble. They reference their romantic history and its connection to Dave Clarke's trouble. Prosser says all he wants is her. Victora remonds that if she does what she wants, "I'm yours." Aiden has a rifle pointed at Victoria but she closes the blinds just before he can take a shot.
With Prosser having bowed out of the process Daniel and Emily relax by the pool. Emily reminds him it's Charlie's birthday. Donna calls with word Prosser is back in the game and wants to hear final pitches that night. Daniel wants Nolan to dig up some dirt on Prosser.
Nate is upset that Kenny took Conrad's offer. He doesn't think it's what their father would have wanted.
During dinner Donna talks about her father's commitment to children. Prosser and Donna seems to be hitting it off until Daniel pulls out some unflattering business transactions from Prosser's past. Donna decides to go with Daniel.
Nolan calls Emily and sends her the video of Aiden's sister Helen showed him as proof of her still being alive. The subject line of the video was "A life for a life" and Emily knows it means Aiden is supposed to try and kill Victoria.
Prosser is furious with Victoria for embarrassing him. She tells him Daniel is in grave danger but he doesn't care. Just before Aiden can shoot Victoria Emily stops him. Emily convinces him that Helen's bigger concern is the business and seems to talk him out of it.
Daniel and Emily return home. He wants them to go away for a few days but she declines.
Nolan and Padma talk about Marco and Carrion.
Victoria asks Emily what her goal was in joining Daniel in L.A. Emily says she wanted to see him win and Victoria is angry.
Emily tells Nolan she's losing Victoria's confidence. Nolan tells her about Carrion and how powerful it is. He is aware Padma is up to something. They figure out Carrion might be the Initiative's final goal. She advises him to play Padma "like she's playing you."
Charlie tells her family she's changed her name legally to Charlotte Clarke.
Emily tells Daniel that Victoria asked her to rekindle their relationship. Daniel says he had a feeling that might be what was happening.
The charges have been dropped on Jack, but Declan's not thrilled about being business partners with Conrad.
Nate tells Conrad that if he owns Jack's bar he can use it to muscle some of the other owners to sell and pave the way for the area to be developed. It would mean new jobs and a nice boost for Conrad's political career. Conrad wants to discuss the possibilities.
Nolan uses a security camera to help confirm Padma was after Carron. He lets her get her hands on the program.
Aiden has been sent video that appears to show his sister has been killed. He's furious that listening to Emily might have cost her life.
