Unoriginal but very entertaining

The story is interesting but not very original. Plot resembles Subhash Ghai's "Karma (1986)" with a daring police officer teaming up with some dreaded criminals to bring some gangster and antinational elements to justice. Karan Kapoor gives a fantastic performance in the movie though his voice is dubbed. Entertaining action movie from the 80's and a must watch for retro cinema fans.
