Creed leaves the office with all of Dwight's friends, but he is not seen in the picture sent to Dwight of them all at paintball. But Creed could however have gone somewhere else, or he could be the one taking the picture.
Considering the layout of the office building, when Jim is ignoring Dwight and says "...if I'm not looking south, I'm not living...", he's actually facing north.
