Ray Liotta and Dominic Purcell in Suddenly (2013)

Goofs

Suddenly

Edit

Continuity

Early in the movie when the boy picks up the box in the forest, his left knee switches from being on the ground and being angled between shots constantly.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Early in the movie, when the fake secret service agents are hiding in the house, the real agents show up to check out the house and its occupants. They make a big deal out of looking at everything and getting everyone's name, but fail to notice the fake agents' vehicle, presumably with out-of-state license plates parked right in the driveway. The fake agents park the SUV in the garage before the real agents arrive. What seems to be a goof is that once the real agents leave, the SUV is shown parked back outside. The fake agents could have pulled it back out of the garage, but this is never seen.

Revealing mistakes

(at around 35 mins) When the grandfather is supposedly dead on the basement floor, and the mother calls over her son, grandpa takes a few deep breaths.

Miscellaneous

At approximately 7:49 just after the first federal agent is killed, as the assassin removes the wire he used to kill him from around his neck, the agent blinks his eye, clearly indicating he is not dead.

Anachronisms

Scene near the beginning of the movie when character Todd (Ray Liotta) is on a sidewalk approaching the county sheriff's office, a phone booth to his left (screen right) is seen with the Telus names/logos on a side and front panel. Telus is a phone company that operates in Western Canada yet the movie is set in the USA.

Errors in geography

Near the beginning of the movie when Todd is on a sidewalk approaching the county sheriff's office, a phone booth to his left (screen right) is seen with the Telus names/logos on a side and front panel. Telus is a phone company that operates in Western Canada yet the movie is set in the USA.
