- While investigating the death of a Cuban singer's sister, CSI discovers that the case may be tied to a feud between two Cuban families.
- The Cuban singer Silvana Cuerto is in American tour and now she is rehearsing at a Las Vegas club owned by Estefan Meha for a show in Las Vegas. When Silvana and her manager Antonio Ficha go to her dressing room, they find her sister Marta Cuerto dead, after being beaten and tortured. There is no blood in the dressing room, indicating that Marta was killed somewhere else. Russell finds on the back of a poster the message "Silvana, you're the next" written in blood. Silvana tells Russel that Marta was responsible for the wardrobe of her shows and has never received any threats. But Antonio tells to Det. Crawford that Silvana has received many threats from the group Los Gusanos, formed by people exiled from Cuba led by Eddie Santos that wants Silvana back to Cuba. Dr. Robbins find that Marta was poisoned and that was the cause of death. Greg researches the Santos family tree and finds a feud between the Santos and Cuerto families. Further he discovers that Estefan is Eddie's nephew. Now the number of suspects to be investigated increases. Meanwhile, Hodges gets cold feet with the marriage with Elisabetta and thanks Morgan for her recommendation that helped immigration to approve Elisabetta's application.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
