- In the first level, you can see blowup sex dolls in rare places.
- In the first level, your secondary objective is to collect 15 scandalous photos of sorority girls. The most explicit photo is a girl with half of her butt cheeks out. The rest mostly feature bras, bikinis and panties.
- In the first level, Lois can be seen standing on a table in a schoolgirl costume making vulgar remarks to sex e.g. "I can't have children, fill me up boys!"
- There is an unlockable costume for Lois which is only her bra and underwear.
- In levels where you can play as Meg, her default L1 attack is to flash her breasts, causing the surrounding enemies to vomit, however if you try to see it from the front you see that she's wearing a bra.
- There is an unlockable costume for Meg which is a "Sexy Kitten"

- There is a variety of weapons at your deposal, including a ray gun, a pistol, a sniper and a flamethrower among others. Each character also has there own melee weapon.
- Depending on the weapons used, enemies can explode into a bloody mess.
