He showed up at his OWN resort, went to the room and left. He did not find it clean and cozy to HIS standards and left the premises to seek shelter at a much more fancier place to sleep....Dude, if YOU didn't want to sleep at your OWN resort due to filth, what makes you think other people should pay hefty prices only to be duped and subjected to your filthy hospitality that you refuse to upgrade and invest in? Plus...you were truly rude to the staff. Regardless, if they were doing wrong, you did not have to treat them like that in front of customers!!! Apparently they were trained by somebody, and the issue at hand was an issue that should have been discussed with your manager, not the staff in front of customers!!! You showed your professionalism and it was definitely, not at its finest....IJS...INCREDIBLE!!!
