- An unknown man slid his wrists and he is about to die. The unknown man's wife bursts in to the bathroom to find her husband in the bathtub filled with his own blood. She cries for help and her voice echoes in the mind of the dying man. Living in a remote area, the unknown man's wife and a neighbor struggle to rush him out to the hospital in a van. While the van is taking the unknown man in limbo to the hospital, he crack opens his eyes to see some homeless people beside the fire and for some odd reason, those people trigger some memories in his mind. In this dream/nightmare-like state, the unknown man is at an antique shop that he thinks he owns and runs. (Later we figure out that the shop is actually was the place where he bought a necklace to his daughter). While the unknown man is trying to figure out what happened to him, a young woman with red necklace enters the store and applies for a job. The unknown man recognizes her, but he doesn't remember from where. The visions of the same necklace she is wearing flashes in his mind. He accepts her application and she starts working there as an assistant. (Later we realize that she is unknown man's daughter.) As the unknown man thinks he is the owner of the shop in his dream/nightmare-like state, the reality in the van continues as harsh as it can be and he is about to die. As he is fading slowly, his subconscious goes back to his dream/nightmare-like state. While the new girl and the unknown man are working at the basement, a stranger named Ates (fire) goes in to the store to get his mysterious antique music box fixed. The unknown man accepts the music box and lets the strange man go. Right at that moment, the new girl steps into the room, sees the music box and she gets very upset about it. Not understanding why she is upset about the music-box, the unknown man tells her to mind her own business and send her back to work. While he is trying to open the lid of the music box, an unexpected call rings throughout the entire shop from an unknown source. The unknown man finds where it rings and answers the phone. There is nothing but annoying noise through the phone and a voice saying, "don't open the music-box" every now and then. He doesn't listen to the voice and opens the music box. As soon as he opens it, the entire store starts shaking, rumbling. Hearing a scream for help, the unknown man runs downstairs to figure out what it is. In fact, the unknown man in the van has been losing so much blood that his body is shaking because of shock. Back to the basement, the unknown man is having a seizure as well. Just before he faints, the new girl bursts in to help out. They get out of the store to go to a park and talk about how he feels and the fact that he doesn't understand what is wrong with him. The unknown man sends the new girl home when he feels better. However, the homeless people that he saw in reality as the van was passing by are now in his dream/nightmare-like state to cut him off to harm. Just before the homeless people hurt him badly, Ates shows up to save him and they both take off immediately. Ates takes him back to the store for him to open the music-box. The unknown man opens it to find a photo of an accident, and he remembers a surgery and an argument with the girl he hired for work who happens to be his daughter at the same time. This is the moment where he gives that necklace to this girl but he doesn't remember why he gave it to her. Back in reality, he is almost dead on his wife's lap, in the van, which stopped at a crossroad to wait for the train to pass. Rumble starts one more time and he hears noises from the basement again. He goes downstairs, opens a door to find himself among the homeless people. The leader of the homeless tells him that he neglected his daughter and he never cared about her. He hears the last blows of the train whistle and he dies. His wife is all alone with her regrets. Even though the unknown man dies, his soul is still in limbo and from this moment on, he is doomed to see his wife's pain as she is suffering from guilt. She is suffering from guilt because she knows that the unknown man committed suicide because of her accusations. While the unknown man's soul observes his wife's daily activities, she senses that there is a presence in the house. She goes to a physiologist to heal both the guilt and the fear. She feels guilty because the last time she saw her daughter before her daughter had an accident was the day she was mean to her and had her take off the necklace that her father had bought. However, at this stage of her life, in a condition like that, no one is able to help her. The more the unknown man witnesses her pain, the better he understands what caused this tragedy. The unknown man's soul visits the house all the time and during one of those visits he finds the same music box in his daughter's room. He opens it again to find a lancet - the one that he used at the surgery of an unidentified car accident victim who had been brought to ER. Only when he saw the necklace during the surgery did he realize that the victim was his daughter. The unknown man now realizes that he used to be a surgeon and went in to his last surgery without knowing that the victim was his daughter. He also realizes that she dies because of his negligence. After hearing that her husband couldn't save her daughter's life, the wife accuses him of being a murderer and she attacks him both physically and emotionally. As a result, the unknown man commits suicide in the bathtub at his house. Just before he dies, his wife tries to save his life by taking him to the hospital. However, he dies in the van. After realizing the entire fact about what and why it happened, the unknown man goes where his wife lives for some time to ask for her forgiveness and finds her at a soul asylum. Nobody else but his wife sees him and they both forgive each other, after which the unknown man walks towards the light and disappears. A nurse notices that one of the patients is hugging the thin air, so she decides to give her pills. The woman is numb but happy now as she is staring at the sunset resembling her daughter's name Isik (light).
