In the opening scene when young Vicki Lynn/Anna Nicole rides her bike she isn't wearing a jacket, in the next scene when Virgie scolds Vicki Lynn before leaving for work the jacket appears.
The film depicts Howard K. Stern meeting and making the decision to represent Anna shortly after her marriage. In reality, Howard K. Stern did not meet Anna Nicole until 2 years after her husband's death.
When Daniel visits Anna in the hospital to see his baby sister, she tells him she named her Dannielynn after her brother. In reality, she was originally named Hannah Rose. Anna only legally changed it to Dannielynn after Daniel's death.
