When being attacked by approaching gunmen Annie is told to get dressed. She clearly has no clothes on under the towel and pulls a pink t-shirt on over her head. In a scene later you can clearly see that she has a bra on under her shirt.
After Sean Penn and his girlfriend make a rushed escape where she has to get dressed coming out of the shower and has only a skimpy top on they drive away. When they switch cars she all of a sudden has a long sleeve shirt on over her top.
At 1.38 in, the bull in the bullfight is shown with three white spears in its right shoulder. In the cut scene, the bull has only one white spear in its right shoulder.
When Annie and Stanley have been captured, she is seen lying on the floor with her white shirt pulled open. A moment later, when they pan back to her, she has another shirt on pulled down past her shoulders.
The climax takes place in a bullfighting ring in Barcelona. Barcelona does not allow bullfighting.

When Jim is on the phone with Cox, Cox's phone's screen says "Incoming call from Jim" and has the Answer & Decline buttons available.
Interpol Special Agent Jackie Barnes gave Jim a business card with an email address at the bottom saying "interpol.cem" instead of ".com".
Jim is repeatedly shown inserting a magazine into his pistol and then racking the slide. While this may be tactically sound, the pistol should eject a live round each time. (If the pistol were empty, the slide would lock back.)
When Jim comes to the office to meet Cox, he drops his backpack on its side, but later on the backpack is seen on the floor in an upright position.
The operation is called Calvary, but Jim continually pronounces it "cavalry."
