Busier than ever, Mario and Big Lou need to hire a new assistant to help keep them on track, but not before putting them through the ringer to see who has what it takes to hang with the guys.
Mario hires a hotshot director to shoot a new commercial for his law firm. Meanwhile, Karen learns that driving in Staten Island is a bit different than driving in the suburbs.
Mario hires a workplace guru to run some team building exercises. When asked to trade places with the office assistants, he quickly learns it's not as easy as it looks.
It's hunting season for the guys as they head to the woods to try and bag some turkeys. Meanwhile Karen is left to babysit Lou's kids back at home but it just might be her that needs the babysitting.
Big Lou has been stepping it up at work. With a big case on the line; and without Mario by his side; will he be able to confront his fears when it's finally his turn to face the jury?
