Goofs

In the segment 'Safe Haven', when the lone survivor is trying to escape the area, he smashes the car window to get inside the vehicle. A few seconds later, when the demon beast attacks the vehicle, bits of glass shatter across the screen coming from the already missing window.

In the segment 'Safe Haven', when Joni is left alone with Father, the front of his shirt is wet. In the next scene his shirt is dry, and in the final scene it has water spots on it.

During the introduction, there are numerous times the main character holds the camera in shot while still recording.

In the segment "Phase I Clinical Trials", the main character reports to the clinic that he "knows the difference between a flash of light and a bloody *expletive* person", and that he want's the clinic to fix the problem with the prosthetic eye. For him to think the clinic can stop the visions by fixing the eye, he must by his own logic be having visions, and not encountering ACTUAL bloody people. By extension, he should not believe fixing the eye would solve the problem.
