Good Interview with Lee
British Legends of Stage and Screen: Christopher Lee (2012)
This was the first episode that I've seen from the series so obviously I can't judge it as a whole. This special on Christopher Lee was included on the Kino release of THE CRIMSON CULT and will come as a real treat to his fans. Through various film clips as well as the interview with Lee, we basically take a look at his life including his pre-fame days and then how he got involved in the movies. From here we get a quick but entertaining look at his career. This includes longer looks at some of his bigger projects like the Hammer Dracula series, his work in the Sherlock Holmes movies, THE WICKER MAN and of course STAR WARS and THE LORD OF THE RINGS. Lee was always an interesting person when it came to interviews so he tells quite a few great stories here and is as serious as always. His stories about THE WICKER MAN have been told several times but the actor still makes them interesting. The same is true for his love/hate relationship with Dracula. If you're a fan of Lee then you'll certainly want to check out this interview.
