This is Keisha Castle-Hughes' second Star Wars role, as she previously portrayed the Queen of Naboo in a non speaking role in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005).
The Zillo Beast was first seen in The Zillo Beast (2010), the creatures originated from Malastare and were thought to be extinct for many years. However one specimen remained alive, it lay dormant under the surface of the planet until it was awakened during the Clone Wars by the detonation of a electro-proton bomb. Upon seeing that the creature was nearly indestructible, blaster bolts and even lightsaber blades just bounced off its skin, then Chancellor Palpatine ordered it to be captured and brought to Coruscant for study. As Tech noted in the files he discovered Palpatine wanted to figure out what the creature's armored skin was made from to create better armor for the Republic Army, he was especially interested in its lightsaber resistant properties in preparation for Order 66. However the creature broke free from its restraints and went on a rampage, the Jedi and the Army were left with no choice but to kill it using a specially created toxin.
The first screen that Tech pulls up concerning the Zillo Beast has the following Aurebesh text: "Specimin A Zillo Beast Growth Level 1", "Arms, legs and heads have extreme dexterity", "Layered scales", "High density armor", "Armor in normal state", "Armor plated tail spike", "Tail can be used as a weapon", "High adrenaline, no lactic acid" and "Threat level 6". The second screen changes the text to "Specimin A Zillo Beast Growth Level 6", "high adrenaline", "heart rate 300 bpm-normal lactic acid -0", "High density armor", "eating state", "layered scales", "advanced vision" and "Threat level 10".
The blinking Aurebesh text seen on a viewscreen inside the damaged ship at the start translates to "System Malfunction". The Aurebesh text on Tech's devise reads "Analisys complete. When the Imperial Commando is looking at a Kaminoan computer screen, there word in Aurebesh translates to "Zillo", and in a smaller font "Zillo Beast", "Head", "Tail" and "Scales".
