When Michael hijacks the truck at the docks and then knocks out a member of the CIA team, he's wearing boots. He then gets in the car with Sam and drives back to the safe-house where suddenly he's wearing flip flops.
After Michael, Fiona, and Sam arrive at the suspended doctor's house, Sam goes into cardiac arrest. Michael does a few chest compressions, and Sam magically immediately wakes up. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation does not restart a stopped heart. The purpose of CPR is to circulate residual oxygen in the system until advanced measures can be taken.
When Olivia Riley is trying to negotiate with Jesse, one of her offers is to get him reinstated back at his old job at CIFA. However, CIFA was dismantled in August 2008, 4 years before this aired. Its functionality was absorbed by the DIA (Anson's former employer)
When Agent Riley is calling for backup near the end of the episode, she gives the address as 124 W Elm. In an exterior shot of the building, the number is clearly shown as 15660.
