Julia Louis-Dreyfus and James Gandolfini in Enough Said (2013)

Goofs

Enough Said

Edit

Continuity

When Marianne hands Eva a corn chip with salsa on it, when Eva holds it there is more salsa on the chip.
At the beginning of the movie, Marianne is talking with Eva about Albert's friends (saying he has none), and has a water glass in her hand. Eva says, "Hey, I'm your friend," and in the next shot of Marianne, the glass has disappeared.
During the brunch scene at Albert's house, the bowl of strawberries keeps moving. It switches back and forth from the front and to the right of the plate of bagels as the camera angle changes.
During dinner with Eva, Albert stirs his pasta and in the next shot he is chewing the food which he hadn't lifted to his mouth.
When Eva and Albert's daughter are sitting on the doorstep, Albert's daughter is eating a doughnut and offers one to Eva. In the next scene, as Albert walks up the driveway, his daughter is no longer holding a doughnut but now Eva is holding a danish.

Factual errors

At the breakfast table when Chloe is asking Albert to name the 1975 Saturday morning TV broadcast lineup, he lists "Big John, Little John," but the show did not air until September, 1976.

Miscellaneous

After leaving Marianne's house, Eva doesn't even put her massage table in the trunk of her car when she is shown anxiously driving away.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

Hilary drives a Chevrolet Volt, a near-silent electric vehicle. When she pulls into Eve's driveway near the end of the film, and again when she drives away minutes later, it sounds as though the car has a large gasoline-powered engine.
Eva drives a Prius and every time she locks it with her remote it beeps twice. The Prius locks with a single beep; two beeps means unlock.

Character error

Albert mistakenly includes "McDuff, the Talking Dog" (1976), "Monster Squad" (1976), and "Big John, Little John" (1976) in his list from memory of 1975's Saturday morning lineup on Channel 4.
