The lines are delivered quietly. Kim is so quiet and seems at times to lack emotion when she is always speaking so quietly. There is a quiet melody playing over and over in the background.

Jeremy Walmsley was also quiet as Scott and I didn't see much chemistry between him and Hannah Galway as Kim.
The climax of the romance didn't really make sense. There wasn't much of a conflict leading up to it and the story just didn't sell me on their relationship.
Then, after that seems all settled, it's like there is a whole new story is introduced in the final act and quickly competed with very little storytelling. There certainly wasn't much foreshadowing of the whole plot line.
