When Molsley tells Carson and Mrs. Hughes that Ethel has started working as a cook for Isabelle Mrs Hughes says that she doesn't remember Ethel as much of a cook. Ethel was a housemaid not a cook so Mrs Hughes would not know what kind of cook Ethel was.
