Fun Well Shot Short!

Bridesmaids #3 is a high-quality short film with excellent characters. I found the story, written by Colette Freedman, particularly hilarious having been both a bridesmaid and a bride. Just like real life, each bridesmaid maid was so distinct and unique in their characterization, it cracked me up. Speaking of cracking me up, how about those crazy in-laws. The look on the face of the actor getting pleasured in the library was priceless. Also impressive was the the clarity of the camera work, great job Anne-Marie Nee. It's exciting to see so many women contributed to the project. Congrats to Jessica Noboa & Alli Steinberg for pulling off a major feat with style, can't wait to see the next one.

Joyous!

Bridesmaid #3 is a delightful little film. Freedman's characters are full of energetic and endearing neurosis that will have you smiling from start to finish. The rapid dialog is clever and witty and the performances are solid and heartfelt. I especially thought the lead Actress was excellent. She found the delicate balance of self-deprecation that made me root for her instead of wanting her to jump off a bridge in the middle of winter during a snow storm. The creative use of camera work at the wedding was fun and so was the music. It was truly like watching an entire feature film in 13 minutes. I'd like to see more films from this writer. Charming!

Wow

Colette Freedman as a writer and the incredibly talented actors, producer, and director say more in a short time than I have seen in many full length movies.

So much is said and implied and the humor is truly outstanding. Each gesture says a whole paragraph. The movie surely portrays a situation that is all too common in our world and yet is not talked about in the review of the beauty of weddings.

I am so happy I happened upon this movie and now will await hearing the prizes it receives.

This movie is surely a winner! What else has this talented writer written?
