In the cold open, Gabe is saying his delts are blasted. At the scene change, he goes from stretching to arms down.

In the break room the No Smoking sign says "Sec. 6405.5". This is the section of California code covering smoking in the workplace. The Office is set in Pennsylvania.

In "The Office":#5.1:Weight Loss (2008), Holly's whiteboard reveals the 8 remaining Dunder Mifflin branches. Neither Syracuse, NY, nor Binghamton, NY, were identified as functioning branches. These locations have seemingly come out of nowhere.

Andy admitted in an earlier episode that if he sees someone vomit he too will vomit, as proven when Pam was experiencing morning sickness. In this episode Robert pukes rather loudly and Andy doesn't react.
