At 18:26 when Ben looks in the refrigerator there is definitely light illuminating the interior despite there supposedly being no electricity in the house. In addition, he set his flashlight on the table so it can't be from that.
At 1 hour, 4 minutes, when the audio tape is playing, shots of the tape player machine show that the spindles are not turning even though the tape is playing.
