'The Jersey Storm' combines on the ground interviews conducted in Monmouth County, New Jersey, by director Adam Worth, in the days and weeks after Sandy, with additional interviews conducted a decade later with county officials and environmental experts. On the ground footage amidst the wreckage of their communities, the immediate needs of victims, the actions of volunteers and first responders, and county officials unfold.
