When Cas is preparing his signature pasta sauce in the motel it is obviously a tomato based recipe. However when the recipe is shown written by Cas for Dylan near the end of the movie the ingredients do not include any tomatoes whatsoever.
When Cas and Dylan are eating the meal that Cas cooked, the food on her fork disappears and reappears as the angle of the shot changes.
When Cas is giving Dylan some money in the motel room, so she can go her own way, his magnetic glasses vary between being separated and joined, as the shot cuts back and forth between them.
Cas hits Dylan's partner with his car, then pauses, then drives forward ... he would have driven over the victim.
