In the hospital scene with Jenny on a chair holding a baby, just behind her to the right is a modern surface-mount junction box with RJ45 jacks for Ethernet networking, which was not yet invented.
When the agent is telling Ryan the places he will play state fairs, he says he hasn't "heard back from from Kansas City". Kansas City doesn't have a state fair. 'East' Kansas City is in Missouri and the state fair is in Sedalia. 'West' Kansas City is in Kansas and the state fair is in Hutchinson.
When Ryan is wanting to do his own music he's told, "there's only one Elvis, one Drexel and one Beatles".
If Elvis exists in this universe then Drexel "The Dream" is just an Elvis impersonator and Ryan is just an impersonator of an impersonator. There is no reason why Drexel would have become so famous if Elvis was around.

In the cemetery scene on the gravestones, Drexel Hemsley was born on February 12, 1936 and Dexter Ryan Hemsley was born on October 4, 1935 (and lived one day) but they are twins?! They should be born on the same day (or adjacent days). This is either a major prop screw up or an actual cemetery plot (legality?) and the mother was having twins but lost one child in the 5th month and successfully carried the other to term most likely with hospital involvement and not just a home setting. Regardless, these different dates do not fit the story under any scenario. It would seem like neighbors would know they had twins born on the same day.
