After a knee injury, Tommy has to give up his soccer dream. In search of excitement, he resumes his friendship with his childhood friend Pål Pot, which will have decisive consequences.
Pål introduces Tommy to the district's biggest drug dealer Freddy Hælvette and his friend, Monica. After a confrontation between Pål and Freddy, Tommy offers to deal three thousand roofies for Freddy.
Tommy and Pål start selling roofies to the young people in the local community. Monica escapes from Freddy and seeks shelter with her father and stepmother.
Tommy leaves home and moves in with Pål and Monica. In the new house, they can party and take drugs as much as they want, but only as long as Freddy don't find Monica.
Pål's dream of a life without crime suddenly seems very close. But Tommy takes them on a bender-break-in at Marius Fitta's house, in search of the money he owes them.
