Nice artsy movie with a very original story.

I saw this movie the other night and enjoyed it.

I started it just to see how it was like, not expecting anything, and ended up being hooked and watching the whole thing! Situated in Montreal, a young man is asked to learn about a mysterious beautiful young lady. The discovery begins, and fantasy will meet reality...

A naturalistic genre, but easy to sit through ; the scenario is original and the plot has a good progression which keeps you interested.

A recommended movie for those who want to see something different. It is a good artsy movie, with a genuine and honest feel to it.

Plot more interesting than movie

The storyline is what captured my interest to watch this movie. Set in Montreal during the Occupy movements by students in 2012, a young man is tasked with discovering the identity of a young girl in a painting. This painting has infatuated an elderly wealthy man and he see's her as the perfection of beauty.

The problem with this flick is its low budget and bad actors. Believe me the producers squeezed everything they could out of the few dollars they had. Some scenes are slow and labored if not just plain dull. Plus not enough was done with the Occupy protesters as a counter story in the background.

But the message is very clear - the wealthy are consumed with their own thoughts and wants and to hell with the needs of the society around them. The students have the idealism of an improved world while the wealthy seek it in their own personal gratification.
