This is a story of two friends, Biltu and Rana, a thief and a ticket blacker by profession. All went fine till the day they both were publicly harassed due to their habit of stealing and dealing with blacking tickets. After which they fled to a dense forest, where they were drunk after consuming country liquor. Both highly intoxicated, started singing and summoning the God of Ghosts. Atlast He arrived and both the friends asked for Boons, to which He replied that He will grant them wishes only if they can stay honest for a month and also help any needy family of the slum and take care of them, then only their wishes will be granted. Whether they can fulfill the condition of the God of Ghost and got the boons or not. We can see the journey of honesty by humorous comedy through this story.
