Excellent and believable movie about a civilized way to die when and where Clara wishes to end her life. One exception is the scene showing Clara goes to session with a healer who makes animal-like noises, waves his hands over her body, and lifts her over his shoulders. This scene makes no sense and degrades this movie and could just as easily be left out. Otherwise, the way Clara resolves her relationship with those close to her, especially her son Vadim, is treated with tenderness and seems real. Vadim is very angry when he first hears about Clara's cancer, but they slowly get over their differences and he accepts his mother's decision to end her life in a dignified way.
