After Jesse takes the two duffel bags of cash inside and sits down, he slides his firearm towards the camera. In the next shot, the firearm has moved positions.
After ordering the execution of Mike's men in prison, Walt checks his watch. It shows one and a quarter minutes after 12. In the close up of the watch, the minute hand has moved backwards.
Todd unlocks the gate at the pest control yard. The sun is on his right and in front of him. It shines directly onto the shuttered door of the building. Trees on the right cast long shadows across the yard. A little later, Jesse arrives and talks to Walt for a few minutes then leaves. Three minutes have passed since Todd's arrival; however, it seems that the sun has moved through 180 degrees (12 hours) because the shadows of the trees have gone only to be replaced by the shadow of the building.
During the prison executions, in the second close up of the watch, the hand on the left hand mini clock is at less than one minute. In the third close up of the watch, the hand on the left hand mini clock is at more than five minutes.
During the family BBQ, Flynn can be seen pushing Holly in the stroller around the pool, close to the pool stairs, and where the family is sitting at the table. Skylar tells him to put more sunscreen on Holly and when the angle cuts back to Flynn and Holly, they're back on the side of the pool near the diving board.
After the 10 people hit is complete, Hank returns home and finds Walter there. He offers him a drink and continues to ask him if he wants it with ice as if it is the regular thing for him to which Walter replies positively even though in previous episodes we see Walter drinking alcohol with no ice at all. However, Vince Gilligan has stated that Walt regularly takes on habits of people that he has killed (such as cutting the crust off his sandwiches after killing Krazy-8, or using a towel to kneel in the bathroom after killing Gus). In the episode Thirty-Eight Snub when Walt and Mike meet in the bar, we see that Mike has his drink on the rocks. When Walt has a drink in this episode, this is habit of Mike's that he is taking on after killing him.
When Walter White uses the chronograph feature on the TAG Heuer Monaco that Jesse gifts him, he is seen to 'press' the crown of the timepiece instead of the top pusher.
On the TAG Heuer Monaco, the top pusher is used to start and pause the stopwatch function, not the crown. Despite this, Walter uses the crown, yet the chronograph feature of the timepiece begins to work.
While talking to Walter at the motel meeting, Jack mentions Bin Laden's death. Bin Laden got killed in 2011 and this episode took place in 2009. Vince Gilligan later admitted that this was a mistake.
As Walter is leaving the restroom after his doctor's visit, a cameraman is reflected in the towel dispenser.
During the 2nd prison death, you can clearly see the reflection of the cameraman in the window of the door.
