Edit

Factual errors

Will states that MacKenzie is a US citizen, born in the US while her father was the UK's ambassador to the UN, however children of diplomats are not considered subject to the jurisdiction of the US, so they don't receive US citizenship if born in the US.

Miscellaneous

Richard Clarke's name is misspelled (as Richard Clark) in the super in the beginning of the "News Night" broadcast.
In the credits, Philip Baker Hall's name is misspelled as Phillip Baker Hall. His character's name, Bryce Delaney, is misspelled as Bryce Delancy.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

In the bar, when Jim says he's not interested in WikiLeaks. Neal replies, "You're nuts," but the words don't match his lips.

Errors in geography

In the interview with the couple from Manhattan, Kansas there should not be skyscrapers in the background, as Manhattan, Kansas AKA the "Little Apple" does not have skyscrapers.

Character error

Mac tells Will's date that the west coast would see the newscast in 3 hours, but because it was after the broadcast, it would have been 2 hours later that the west coast broadcast would start.
